By joining VIP, you will collect points many ways. Your account will accumulate points that you can redeem at checkout. Redeem 20 points at a time for a percentage off your order. For example, redeem:

20 points = 20% off your order

40 points = 40% off your order

Points do expire 2 years after your last purchase, but we will send you an email reminder before that date.

As VIP, you will earn 5 points for each review you leave us when prompted. Your review will be on our website. We truly appreciate your feedback!

As VIP, when you spend $88 (pre-tax) you will receive 10 points!

Earn points when you refer friends and they purchase $44 or more! Once you are VIP, you will have the opportunity to share a code with your friends to redeem.

Once you are VIP, you will receive an email asking for your Pet's birthday. On their birthday, you will receive 20 points as our gift to your Pet!
