The second option is to schedule a Virtual Dressing Room Session. This is a one-on-one zoom call to talk you through measuring your pet. On this call, I will demonstrate where and how to measure your dog. You can also ask me any questions you'd like! Simply fill out this form and I will reach out to schedule on your time.
Our processing times are 1-5 business days. Depending on the shipping option you select at checkout, you will need to add those days to our processing times. If you need your order quicker, please upgrade your shipping option, however this will not change our processing times.
Yes. We take custom orders. Simply email us before purchasing to discuss your needs. Then, we can create an invoice for you, complete with order details, processing time and shipping options.

No. We are an online boutique. However, we do travel to set up at marketplaces throughout the year! We love meeting our furry customers face-to-face... and their humans too.
